8004 Modular Vacuum Kit for Packaging Applications Includes Cups, Frame and Pumps
Expanding on EMI offering of vacuum automation products and solutions, our engineers have put together a kit to handle porous materials commonly used in packaging applications. With de-centralized vacuum generators, industry-leading vacuum cups, framing and two mounting plate options, this Kit is a great starting point for your Collaborative Robot to be deployed.
This kit included 2 sets of cups: dual durometer (Duraflex & Elastodur), high flow vacuum generators, monitoring switches, two different robot mounting plates, and extrusion, brackets to support small or large EOAT frames.
The MPK II has been tested for payloads up to 20kg, however, keep in mind that this is very dependent on the material being handled and testing is encouraged. If you need support from our engineers, contact cobots@emicorp.com to get started with your vacuum packaging application.
