- Utilizing the same strong and reliable gripper body of The Original AA-20, the fingers on this sprue gripper can reach beyond the face of the gripper and deeper into the tooling to grip sprues.
- The fingers are made with a deep diamond textured surface to provide a reliable grip when stripping force is required. The gripper is suitable for gripping sprues with a 10-25mm diameter range.
- Internal jaw mechanism is constructed of hardened-steel components for a maintenance free life exceeding 5 million cycles.
- Dual sensor slots allow two sensors to mount on the gripper providing logic confirmation of three positions: gripper open, sprue gripped, and sprue missed.
