Gimatic applies their pneumatic technology in grippers to make nipper bodies for plastic degating applications. The Gimatic GN series round body nippers have higher cutting force ratings compared to similarly sized units. This means a smaller nipper can often be applied minimizing space, weight, and cost.

Style & size
These nipper mounting clamps are made of glass-filled nylon. They are very strong, yet lightweight and economical. Their ∅20mm stud make them compatible with many profile mounting clamps.
These steel plated nipper mounting brackets have a top screw that securely holds the nipper, and a bottom screw that securely holds any 15mm mounting hinge. This gives you the ability to loosen one screw to make an adjustment, while the other screw maintains its secure clamp.
Lightweight yet strong, the design makes these clamps optimal for use on EOAT. These 3D printed mounting brackets have two integrated clamps, which provides an extra layer of security.
These clamps are made to integrate with Gimatic ZG Nipper Slides.
