1576 Nile Nipper with Sliding Stroke ME-5
Nile ME Nippers: compressed air is supplied to two ports, allowing for independent control over the sliding stroke and the cutting operations. This allows for multiple cut actions for harder to cut sprues. Compressed air is applied to activate the pull-sliding stroke. Spring action returns the sliding body to its normal position.

Nile nippers are good quality basic blade at a competitive cost. Blade sharpness has an initial tendency to be more blunt compared to other blades; however, this design will stay sharper longer when other initially sharper blades lose their sharpness. Mechanical stops are at the crotch of the blade which ensures a very precise stop, preventing blade bypass and overlap. Should the blade need resharpening, the mechanical stop can usually be hand honed to meet original performance specifications
