7371 Narrow, Padded Sprue Jaws for Size 10 Nipper Bodies

These jaws, combined with size 10 nipper bodies are ideal for tough gripping, ripping, and stripping applications. Use these for large sprues that stick in the mold and need strong pulling force to remove them or for large runners that have too much rotational torque for standard grippers to handle. These are also ideal for gripping and stripping wide fan-gates typically used with auto bumper-type parts. These can be used with any size 10 nipper bodies and mounting brackets.
Compared to general-purpose sprue grippers, these jaws have narrower opening and closing angles. Pay careful attention to the open/close dimensions when sizing. Our EOAT Engineering Department is available to assist you in sizing these to your application.
