5037 Gimatic Quick Changer Large Size (150mm), Robot Side
Quick changers assure the EOAT will be perfectly positioned each time it's mounted to the robot. In addition to helping to prevent damage to the mold or the EOAT, this can also greatly reduce the amount of fine-tuning needed upon set up. Using a quick changer that automatically connects air, vacuum and electrical assures that each time the EOAT is mounted, all of the connections will be correct (i.e. primary vacuum, secondary vacuum, primary air, secondary air etc.).

This quick changer accessory connects electrical signals from the EOAT to the robot. It has 15 pin gold plated SUB D connectors and comes complete with mounting hardware.

Typically used when the injection molding machine is over 750 tons, this plate is designed to mount large/jumbo >ASS<, Gimatic, and 80/20 four- and six-groove profiles (80mmx40mm) as well as all standard four- and six-groove >ASS<, Gimatic, and 80/20 profiles. It is pre-drilled to mount to the large EOAT quick changer. The counter-bored holes provide flush mounting surfaces on both sides. And it can also be used as a manual mounting plate to the robot.
This anodized aluminum plate can be used as a manual EOAT mounting plate to adapt profiles. It's scored with a center line making it easy to locate holes for mounting to your robot tooling plate.
Thin-plate interface to mount EOAT side quick changer to Gimatic, >ASS<, and 80/20 profiles. Fasteners and mounting screws are included.

This Lock unit prevents accidental falling of the EOAT when used with Gimatic Quick Changers sized: 90, 150, 160, and 200. Lock unit ONLY works with newer model Gimatic Quick Changers that have a threaded hole.
