Electric Vacuum Generators

The New OnRobot VGC10 Electric Vacuum Generator is the next level of Vacuum EOAT for Cobots. Versatile and compact, this powerful unit is compatible with EMI’s EOAT Framing, large vacuum cup selection, 3D printing for EOAT and backed by our Engineering services.

Some of the features include: Electric vacuum generator with dual vacuum channels, built-in quick changer, and a 33lbs payload. No compressed air required.

The VG10 Electric Vacuum Gripper is ideal for Molded Plastic Parts as it can use independent vacuum channels to handle separate mold cavities. Four swiveling arms and 16x G1/8” ports offer a lot of versatility, straight out of the box.

RG2 & RG6 Smart Adaptive Grippers

The RG2 & RG6 grippers are adaptive grippers packed with features ideal for Collaborative and light Industrial applications. They include a built-in Quick Changer, adjustable stroke and grip force, finger tips, and software that makes it easy to use.

Quick Changers & Accessories

This Quick Changer enables easy and fast tool changing. It is fully collaborative with no sharp edges, which makes it easy and safe for human interaction. The Quick Changer can handle up to a 20kg payload and has a low built-in height and weight.

Plastic applications include degating, and insert loading using the advanced control and force feedback. This 6-axis force torque sensor provides an accurate force and torque measurement along all 6 axes and gives you precise control when it comes to difficult jobs.

The Dual Quick Changer enables you to use two end-of-arm tools together in a single cycle. With this innovative solution you can use two grippers or vacuum units. Quickly and seamlessly switch between tools to maximize the utilization of your robots.

Powerful, Simple, Versatile. OnRobot Grippers are compatible with a wide variety of Robots using the Compute Box to communicate via Ethernet or Digital I/O interface.
