Gimatic Expansion Grippers
Gimatic’s Expansion Grippers rely on compressing an elastic expander rather than inflating a bladder. They have better durability and up-time because leaks and blow outs are eliminated.
- The elastic part can be in Silicone or EPDM.
- The red silicone bladder is now white, with the same material properties.
- Grip diameters from 8 to 85mm.
- Optional nose cones for centering.
- Optional proximity magnetic sensors.
- Use standard Ø14, 20, 30mm clamps for mounting.
- MFD - has a downward motion that compresses the expander - OAL is unchanged.
- MFU - has an upward motion that compresses the expander - OAL is reduced.
