7457 Quick Changer EOAT Side 90° Electrical Connector with Spring Contacts

• Remove cover #3 by removing screws #9
• Remove screws #7
• Insert the user cable through the cable gland #5
• Make custom connections of cable leads with spring terminals #11 (see "To Wire" below)
• Fix the whole connector to the tool changer:
  • QC50-size using screws #2 and separately sold spacer Q# 6743
  • QC90 –size using screws #2
  • QC150 and 200-sizes using included screws #13 and spacer #12
• Put back in place the circuit #6 and fix it using screws #7
• Put back on the cover #3 and fix it using screws #9

Note: Do not remove cover #15

To Wire:

• 1. Insert screwdriver or other tool into top hole and push to open spring-clip gate. Hold in place.
• 2. Insert exposed wire (stripped, ferruled, etc.) into bottom hole.
• 3. Remove tool from top hole to close spring gate on exposed wire
• 4. Contact created
