Gimatic Bellow Suction Cups in NBR and HNBR - VG.LB

Bellow cups are suitable for handling plastic parts and for objects with flat or slightly curved surfaces. They enable to compensate for differences in height and ideal for leafing through and picking up thin metal sheets, glass sheets, chipboard or pressed wood panels, plastic laminates.

• The HNBR version enables to work at high temperatures, whereas silicone or other mixtures may release traces of material. Ideal for applications where contamination of the material must be avoided (PWIS)
• The HNBR compound is robust and wear resistant, suitable for the removal of hot plastic parts from the relevant molds
• NBR material has a temperature range of -40 to 212°F. With a 50 Shore rating
• HNBR material has a temperature range of -13 to 302°F. With a 60 Shore rating
• FDA-Silicone material has a temperature range of -94 to 392°F. With a 50 Shore rating. As with any food contact application, customer is responsible for any pertinent assessments.
